Normal is >2 min
Do not think about the duration. How much you can do is more important (normal is >3 target)

Sometimes it seems to me that I spend half an hour at least in the phase state of mind. But as a rule I make numerous experiences during one morning and it is difficult to tell for sure which of them was the longest and how much time it took. Each OBE takes approx. 5minutes on the average.
